Awakened crafted the culinary experience at Medicine Festival 2023, set within the lush Wasing Estate in Berkshire, England. Across four days, a 12-person team nourished 500 guests through intimate dinners and communal rituals. Rooted in the festival’s restorative ethos—marked by sacred sound, ceremony, world music, healing arts, and ecological connection—each dish and dining moment was envisioned as a ceremonial thread weaving together presence, place, and planet.
