Awakened London began as a chef-led studio, cooking at long tables and festivals around the world. The aperitivo is what we reached for when we wanted to gather without the alcohol, made with the same care we bring to the plate.
Our storyOur Mission
Our mission is to create a drink that stands comfortably on its own, not as an alternative to something else, but as something worth choosing for the pleasure of it. Thanks to mother nature, always.

A few cooks, a lot of travelling, and a drink that could keep up.
We started by cooking around the world: long tables, festivals and gatherings of every kind. Along the way we wanted something to sip while we cooked and connected, with no alcohol and nothing artificial. So we made our own. This is the beginning of that story. Very soon we will share how it all happened and who we are. For now, enjoy.
