GARBICZ FEST

Awakened designed and executed the culinary program for Garbicz Fest 2022 in Poland, mobilizing a 50-person team over six days. The project combined large-scale logistics with creative gastronomy: intimate dinners for 300 guests were complemented by food stands that served over 5,000 festival-goers. Rooted in the festival’s ethos of art, community, and freedom, the dining experience merged precision, playfulness, and cultural resonance—transforming food into a central part of the celebration’s immersive landscape.
