Awakened curated the culinary direction for the Discovia 2022 Connection Summit in Burgundy, crafting a dining experience that merged nourishment with creativity. The menus encompassed seasonal dishes, shared rituals, and playful presentations designed to spark dialogue and connection. Rooted in the themes of community and self-discovery, each meal reflected the summit’s spirit of exploration and togetherness. The project sought to offer not only refined food, but also an immersive atmosphere where gastronomy became an extension of the event’s transformative journey.
